Awesome idea for your NZ trip, have you been to any of these places before? I think your route is well planned out and has the freedom to turn off the motorway and stop off at different sites along the way while still aiming at the key locations you’ve named that you’d like to see.
My Family and I have done a couple of driving trips around NZ, for the biggest we took the train from Papakura to wellington then hired a car and snaked our way up the north island back to papakura, we didn’t really have a plan so we just decided on a town each day and went where we fancied. I’ve never been to the South Island though, so that would be really cool.
I don't mind being called David, it's a great name.
That cool to hear, my family almost stayed over at Rotorua on the trip I mentioned but we were so close to home and were homesick so we didn't even spend the night in the end and left the motel an hour after we checked in.
You're very welcome. I enjoy commenting on your blogs as they are consistently really good and it's clear you're putting effort into them and enjoying the activities.

Hello Again David
ReplyDeleteI also think its awesome. I had an idea that I could use google maps as a way to show my route around Aoteroa. I think it turned out really great.
My family and I have taken trips to some holiday house in Rotorua and Taupo before. I've never traveled to the other island before.
Thank you for commenting regularly on my blog. It means a lot to me. See you later in the comment
