This activity is one of my favourites as I love code languages like pigeon code and also my Mum actually made this activity for the summer learning journey!!
You did a great job deciphering the codes and they correct, it is the infamous Piha Beach. Now your code looks tricky but I think I was able to decipher it, is it Te Henga (Bethells Beach)?
Did you have a go at any of the other code languages like morse code?
